After suffering a fractured upper radial head last Oct, last week Wednesday I went to Boston for arthroscopic surgery to have it repaired. While I'm still little swollen and sore, dog willing I'm gonna try to get out on the bike for a few miles today. I'm thinking it's a miracle I even feel good enough to try after such a short time. Ahh the wonders of modern medicine.

 

I would just take it easy and not push it to far. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself even more and be out the rest of the summer.

Thanks Guys. It was a great one, and I didn't over do it. Did manage to get @ 120 back road miles in. Damn I needed that.
