Default Search the usual places

Im sure you can find heat wrap on the internet fairly reasonably! Mine are wrapped but its not a good job, does give it an old school used look though. Im not all that crazy about it but it might grow on me till I get new pipes

I ran my Thunderheader wrapped for a couple years.I ended up wrapping it twice.A couple things I learned; it did not crack but it did rust allot the first time and not at all the second time. Why? not sure but I can tell you this Rustoleum is much less prone to rust than PJ1 VHT.I know this because my freshly painted pipe with PJ1 rusted damn near over night, I sanded it and resprayed with Rustoleum, problem solved.I quit wrapping my pipe because I got tired of having to pull it off every couple years to re paint an re wrap. Now I use heat shields and just touch up the paint every once in awhile if it gets scratched or starts to rust. One more thing the first time I painted the pipe then wrapped and then painted the wrap and it still rusted the second time I just painted the pipe and left the wrap raw.I also was very aware of the rust and ran it for a few minutes every time I washed the bike just to make sure the wrap was dry.Believe it or not the raw wrap actually held up better than the painted wrap for me.
