What about using #15W oil instead of #10W? Harley has their "Screamin' Eagle Heavy Duty Fork Oil. Probably just heavier oil.

Default ok cb will do

Thanks CB for the heads up on the race tech valves requiring drilling of the damper tube. I will go with the Ricor emulators, and the Progressive standard height springs. I will also be buying that tool. Good deal and thank you again for that.

The rear shocks I may stick with 12 inchers on as a buddy had some 11.5 I was gonna swap stuff for and it fell through.
I cant go with an all business looking type shock so I will probably stick with a 12 inch 440, as I like the stock looking type shocks. If I was gonna ride it harder I would consider Ohlins or Ricors, but my go fast days are over. I just want to have my bike setup a little better so when a corner sneaks up on me the bike doesnt drag so early.

Default I hear you

I used to be a crazy fearless psycho riding a GSXR 1000. When I say go fast days are over, It is relative to what I used to do. I still ride harder than many, although I know alot of guys that will push their HDs harder than me. I do enjoy drag racing them, but not so much for the twisties anymore.
