All belts ride to the left due to the design of the pulley, it is the way it is suppose to be.

If you make a small adjustment of the rear wheel alignment, towards the belt (move the front edge of the wheel to the left), you may find the belt tracks more central in the rear pulley.

Mine rides left also on a 2010 FXSTC. Doing some research I found that the belt will move right as it wears, intersting but cannot verify that info.. Just curious how many miles on yours so far.

It should not ride in the center, it is designed to ride on the left, that is why the front pulley has a lip on only one side. I just finished reworking my rear wheel and even after adding a bigger spacer, needed to be able to properly align wheel, it still tracks on the left, but now I am just barely off the lip of the front pulley.
I did some research and found that is the proper place to ride.
