looks good man! did the pull back risers change the angle of your speedo that much? was the stock wiring long enough for you to mount it the top there? Good work dude!

Harware comes with the fairing, and the fairing is acutually a dark Brown. You will have to prep it and paint it yourself. Also, check to see if you will need a "special" head light mount. The fairing does not allow the headlight to stick out far enough, so you might be required to drill a hole for the new mount. The mounting brackets had to be "bent and formed" a bit. Not a big hassle. You will also require to drill a couple fo holes and require mouting hardware to attach the fairing to brackets. Truth is, I was not very impressed with their Quality.

Why: The Brackets had to be "formed", as they did not sit just right on the forks. The idea of metal brackets on my forks, it will most likely scratch and perhaps damamage my forks. Very min, but still, not good. The plastic screws and nuts that mount are actually for mounting License Plate Frames. There is additional hardware required that YOU will need to buy. I just spent 200 bucks, why not include all the hardware required?? Also, why Brown? Why not just go with Black. It's just a universal color. I can only guess that it needs to be Brown because of the finish or it's less expensive paint.

The instructions are very poorly written, and the photos are in Black and White. Does not seem like a big deal, but little things like this show a companies Quality.

All in all, I am happy with the look, but disappointed with Arlen Ness's Quality. It gives me the impression they went cheap. Couldn't even send instructions with color pictures. Again, not a big deal, but it sends a message. Cheap.

I will most likely send them a letter/email in hopes they improve this.

Oh, one more thing. My bike is an 05. If your's is a different year, you many not have to experience these issues.

Looking into a solo La Pera, but I just bought Forward Controls and a HD Jacket. Might have to hold off till I get some more $$.
