Default Sold my bike : (

Well, I sold the Street Bob. I am moving back to St Louis from Oklahoma City and buying a house up there. I still haven't sold my house here so I sold the Harley to free up some money because I may have to carry 2 mortgages for a short period of time. Anyway, I have thought about buying a Street Glide for a while, but ever since selling the bike 2 days ago, I have totally regretted it. It is a 2008 and paid off. The bike was pretty slick-I got compliments and stares everywhere I went. I still haven't told anyone I sold it....they would all think I am lying. I sold it to a cop for $9850 and he was ecstatic. I've already called the local dealers to see what kind of deal they would give me a on a Street Glide...stupid move because that isn't part of my plan until I get back to St Louis....
Long story short, I am having total sellers remorse......
I did keep the Lepara Barebones seat and Progressive shocks if anyone is interested in those.....

I actually ran an ad to sell mine back in the Spring (trying to be financially responsible etc etc). When someone called about it, I changed my mind. That's my motorcycle and it's not for sale.

You'll have another bike before you know it.

that's ok. The bike sounds like it's in good hands and it gives you a reason to start fresh with something new. I need to sell my Triumph but I don't have the ***** to let it go. If I sell it, I won't get what it's worth to me and it will only be a temp fix to my finance issue. You did the right thing.

When you get settled again and get a new SG. Your remorse will disipate. The new touring frames are a fabulous ride.

One door closes another one opens. You'll be riding again real soon - no doubt.
