Default 00 lowrider trans. fluid level

I was changing the fluid on the bike, and I overfilled the trans. by about 6oz. would this hurt the trans. if I ran it like this? By the way no problems just wondering before I fire the bike up if I should drain off the excess fluid??Any help

I use clear tubing to draw off any overfill. Don't run it with anything overfilled. But you knew this already.

drain the excess... you could simply drain fluid into a clean container, the refill minus the 6oz.
