Ah I bet its on the up and up, from what I have seen on COPS type shows criminals arent real bright... they would be mailing ya telling you you had won a new fatboy or something if it it was the cops. I mean the few times I heard of that type of thing done they didn't offer a black and white 19" TV ($50) they offered the big time big screen plasma job.

Considering the interview/survey is being done in another county from where I reside, I think I'm safe. Plus, "rde" got a letter too, I guess he must live near me.
The survey is being conducted by a company called the RDA group. Probably will be a bunch of folks who don't know the tank from the cylinders asking me questions like, "After purchasing your new motorcycle what was the first thing you did with it?"
A. Trailered it home
B. Trailered it to storage facility
C. Trailered it to independent service center to insure full EPA compliance
D. Trailered it to closed riding track to insure docile, uneventful riding
