I did the rush sip on 1.75 and no additional tuning on my 07 lowrider and the sound and performance is great. I decided not to put any money into air cleaner or tuning. No mods needed with the rush pipes I got. Dealer installed them. Good luck. I ride like you do only in Florida and when we trailer the bike up to the mountains.

New Screamin Eagle slip ons off ebay can be had for $100-$150 and are easy to put on yourself. SE reg stage 1 a/c is $139 and the recalibration is $160. Have the dealer put the a/c and do the recalibration for 1/2 labor ($40) and you are still under warranty for $500.

Have to agree with rounder. Very good advice. I'm still selling off stuff I settled for, only to replace with what I wanted to start with. Make it run and ride the way you like first, then add the bling.
Your choices in current mods are good, and they will serve as a good foundation should you decide you do want more performance upgrades in the future.
FuelMoto was an excellent choice. Jamie will treat you very well.

What ...??? From your original post I thought you were Pauly (just trying to get some free advice by trolling the forum 'incognito' like) ...!!

Hahahaha ... okay ... spill the beans ... I bet you're Mikey ...??

Don't let those two get ya down ...

I feel you on the 'I'm no custom fabricator' ... I'm just an ordinary guy, too ....

Until I got an aftermarket pipe, I just gutted my stock mufflers with a hole saw ... still using one of the mufflers on the Paughco 2-into-1 I bought ... I went with a Dobeck Techlusion for quite a while for an EFI add-on fuel optimizer and bought the Goodson A/C mostly for looks ... probably spent less than $500 at that point which got me about what your option #1 would get performance wise ....

You should take a look at the "Under $50" thread for some ideas on how to squeeze some performance out on a shoestring ...

Assuming you rarely exceed 55-60 MPH, you might actually forego any of your options and install a 30-tooth "power pulley" ... replace the stock 32-tooth front pulley on your rear wheel belt drive with a 30-tooth one ... it will reduce your final drive ratio to your rear wheel and make it feel like you have more torque at low RPM/speeds ... could probably be done for quite a bit less than your #1 option ....

Best of luck ... and keep us posted ....

R/
'Chop

p.s. try not to be too thin-skinned and remember this is the inner-web where people talk all kinds of **** ....
