Looks nice, didn't know bell made a vintage style 3/4. I have this one:

I paid $90 brand new, worth every penny, love it.

I have the Fulmer v2 as well. I got it for $80 on ebay new. I think retail was $125 or so. I love the Fulmer although I wear my half helmet more often.

I too have been looking at the Bell 500. Just need to go to a place that sells them and try one on for size, then buy or check ebay. I would hate to ebay the wrong size. Does anyone have a picture of you wearing either the Bell or the Fulmer. Just to see mushroom effect.

Yeah I used to wear a headtrip half up until I got this one. Plus all the DOT headtrips are no longer DOT legal. I just like the 3/4 for the extra protection it also blocks out a lot of the wind noise.

I remember back in the late 70s or early 80s having a Grant helmet that was sparkly metallic red. I hated it back then but now it's the cool thing to have. Crazy.

I have a HJC modular full face. I love it on road trips. Just flip it up to get the wind in your face. if it gets cold pull it down... Its like 200 bucks at chicago cycle a little cheaper on epay but well worth the investment.

Definately post some pics guys. Either Bell or Fulmer. I've been wanting a 3/4 for a while to chill out the wind, and really like the look of those in photos, but not sure about on my head.
