I guess if you had plans to do some serious touring, go for it. If you want a SG just to join everyone else in your neighborhood so you'll have plenty of room in your saddle bags to carry that Members Only jacket to the sports bar a mile away...Eh, stick with the superglide.

Take one for a test ride and see if it still speaks to you.

I really like them also and thought about getting one about a year ago but after a test ride I decided I would rather keep my Dyna. Dont get me wrong it rode great and I still want one someday but it will be as a addition not a replacement.

I hear them too............ I think I can resist it though. At least till my daughter is driving; I'm thinking of giving her my car in a year and a half when she turns 16 and going "all in" with the bike.... if I only had a bike and no car I think I'd have to get a bagger and the streetglide is the coolest of the bunch by far.
