Best place to mount inspection sticker plate

Florida did away with vehicle inspections many years ago. I can still remember waiting for over an hour to get my vehicles inspected. What an incredible pain-in-the-****.
They slapped mine on the front right fork. Said that was where it belonged and if I didn't like it, sucks to be me. I remember that after they did away with the silly-arsed inspections, I took the sticker off and the paint came away with it.
"We are from the Gubmint and we are here to help you."
Right.
I'm waiting for the EPA to force Harley to have their transmissions shift directly from 1st to 3rd or 4th, like Corvettes gave done for years and like Camaros and Challengers more recently. The new 2011 Mustang GT will have that wonderful feature as well.
Don't know how they'd do it on a sequential shift tranny, but leave it to the EPA. They'll just mandate it and the engineers will have to figure it out.

That is a fine looking ride SBRob. I wish I had gone flat black instead of vivid black, but that ship has sailed.
Just a personal opinion, but I can't figure out why Harley Davidson would design a chopped fender for the Street Bob and then add the license plate holder as a "mud flap".
I like Vinsil's solution, posted on another topic in this Dyna Forum.
I've cropped a detail of his mod that gets rid of the "mud flap" license plate.
