I did my search and read many many threads and believe I have my answer. I want to confirm that Chrome primary cover # 60782-06 (I think its the 07 widglide cover) is what I need to convert my 09 FXD cover over to one without the shift shaft. I didnt see a part number actually referenced in any of the threads (could have missed it though). Ordered new, do they come with the gasket?
I did find plenty of great ideas to saw off the shaft and plug the hole.
