hey man the bike looks great! ive got a couple of questions... i was wondering how the springer is on rough roads? i ride in an RC down here in charlotte nc, the downtown area can be rough, like any city. train tracks, pot holes, uneven pavement, crooked man hole covers. etc. as i often am tearing up the city with the boys, i just wanna make sure that the springer can take the beating before i drop that kind of money on it, i cant be falling behind on group rides cause i need to slow down to ride in the city! thanks in advance

No Springer is going to suck up potholes and bumps like a hydraulic set of forks, but they are totally manageable, even on crappy roads. Richmond VA has its share of bad streets and I have no problems at all. Paughco, Dragon, Jerry's Springers and Sugar Bears will fair a lot better than Chinese piles like DNA, but as long as your not expecting identical ride quality and handling features after a Springer swap, and understand Springers are a different animal from factory forks, you will enjoy them. To me the look and style of a Springer front end outweighs the ride quality and knee dragging aspects of hum drum stock forks.
