I have the Kuryakyn mirrors and usually I know there is something behind me but not really sure what it is. My left hand will go a little numb if I ride a long period of time in the 55 mph range but not to the point it is totally distracting.
The flywheel issue spread to more years than that.

This is why I mentioned checking crank runout. If you have too much, NOTHING will cure the vibrations, short of replacing the crank.

ive never noticed any abnormal vibs on my WG. Nice pleasant low vibs in the foot pegs and handlebars at lower RPM's in higher gears. And of course the trademark handlebar shake at idle. Nothing more than any other HD that ive ever came in contact with

The mass of the stock slip-ons out at the end of the exhaust pipes tends to damp engine vibrations, the isolators having been designed to work w/ that particular mass and CG; changing that mass has to affect vibrations perceived by the rider, so Moco seems justified in their disclaimer (in this case).

The higher rpm that I go the smoother it gets. 010 Dyna Super Glide. It smooth except at idle which is how it should be. It has the Michelin tires and they run smooth.

Make them document your concern on the 1K work order. They then can write that nothing was found but you have a record of a complaint if something comes up in the future.

my 2010 sb has the v&h big shots. i dont have any unusual vibration at high rpms. but do have the grinding/vibration when cornering. it was stated in earlier post that its the tire. so im wondering if anybody has changed that model tire out. and did it fix the problem? there was also another post asking about a wider front tire? would that help?

Is this because they are new, or are these tires notorious for vibration?

New tires shouldn't vibrate, unless they are out of balance.

I get that same groaning/vibrating sound off of my front end also. I can hear and feel it during slow speed turns when the bike is in nuetral. I can hear it with a full face helmet on. If I could hear it with a helmet on, I couldn't image the noise without a helmet.

I also get that same noise when hitting the front brakes, but then I read that was normal.

I'm pretty sure front end vibrations/groaning is not normal during turns.

I understand that it is the tires concerning the turning noise. I have Michelins. The next tire won't be so then I will find out.
