Default New harley in the family

I just copied and pasted this from the thread I made in the touring section but I figured my Dyna brethren could appreciate it as well
Had some comments over there about selling my bike for one of these too but thats just I am in love with my bike about as much as a person could possibly love an inanimate object I think lol

Dad just got his Road King today, he's like a kid on christmas morning. I have to admit, this is a nice *** bike. A little "old" for me right now but I really like it and I didn't think I would.
I'm excited for him and excited to ride it a little too lol.
We're going to put the rinehart duals on it as soon as he get's them ordered.
Of course I've got my eyes closed in the pic lol

Are you touring guys using the power commanders as well? I had him hold off on the a/c and tune/tuner for now because I'm extremely happy with my PC-V and figure it'd be the same difference on his bike and it'd give us something to work on. The bike will be able to adjust for just pipes correct?

Couple more pics

I haven't ridden it yet because I want him to ride it first and his MSF course isn't for another week and a half but just moving it around the differences are huge. You definitely sit ON the RKC and not IN it like my bike.

I guess since you mentioned rider course, this is your dad's first bike? Wish him well. I'm sure it'll be pretty cool rollin next to your dad.
