Default Power commander issues

i have an 08 stock Low Rider except for the punched out baffles. i just installed a PC III usb with the "stock" map and after the bike is warm, during idle i get little popping sound coming from exhaust. And i was told it would take the ping out of it and it didn't do it completely..Am i doing something wrong??

Are you running a stock air cleaner? If so, you really didn't need the PC III. Recommend you search on PC III and read the dozens of threads on the subject.

You kinda put the cart before the horse. I would take the PC out until you make your mods, there is no need for it until then.
You could spend time playing with the map now only to have to do it all over again when you change the A/C and exhaust.
