I use WD40 to clean my wrinkle powder coat, works great!! I'd say WD40 and a nail brush and see if that works. Make sure you wipe the excessive oil off with a rag.

There's plenty of 'wax strippers' out there in the supermarket or Homely Depot cleaning products isle. Just be careful as to how it affects paint/chrome and other pretty stuff.

You can also use a half and half solution of ammonia and HOT water. Ammonia hates wax. Again, be careful. Not sure how, or if ammonia, affects powder coat and/or paint and other pretty stuff. You can always test it in a non-conspicuous area, wait a few days and see if it fades or discolors.

I used some foam up cleaner and that helped some, going to try some of the suggestions you fine folks have come up with. I found this stuff mothers makes called California Gold® Pre-Wax Cleaner. I may give it a try also, Ill let you know how it goes.

Try some pig snot. I had a little chrome polish residue on my black wrinkle and Pig Snot made it look pretty good. No rubbing involved.
