THe switch lock HD is using on the 06 gotta be the worst piece of garb. I very seldom use my lock the key you look at it in off position bout falls out.HD must have got a hell of a deal on them switches

 

When I turn the key to the off position,
I take it out and put it in my pocket.

Problem fixed....
...The lock shaft became unaligned with the lock hole on the lower triple trees.
A screwdriver and a little leverage fixed it.
Now I have to head down to the stealer and have the lock tightened
