Arent Superglides just factory big bore Sportsters? Just kidding. Sometimes i have to look at what side the rear pulley is on to tell for sure whether its a sporty or super.

 

guess that's why it's for sale. if you don't know what your own bike is then you don't deserve it anyway.

I agree, i think it's marketing. Most people know the "Sportster" moniker or even "Fatboy" but Dyna is much less known than the others. I proudly correct everyone who gets it wrong - I guess that's all we can do.

Well - I've read about it happening plenty of times - but it finally happened to me ...
Only 30deg this AM but I wanted to see what the new Rineharts sounded like - while I was checking them out - a guy was walking by the driveway ..

Is that a Sportster???
I said no - so he asked again.
Finally he came up the drive and was very complimentary... nice guy ...... here's the good part ... THE GUY ACTUALLY OWNS A NIGHTSTER!


BTW - The Rinehart 2-2 Flush sound incredible - I know someone posted a video last week - sound even better in person - I'm finally done switching pipes!
