Thanks guys
To start, I do have the 3" lift on my tank. Got that from J&P Cycles for like $60.
Chubbys were around $200
Now for all the cables, I got them from www.magnumshielding.com
Here is a link for custom lengths. You measure up what you need and they custom make the cables.
They show you on the site how to measure for everything. Didnt get part numbers for the cables when I got them.
Paid around $250 for cables.
www.magnumshielding.com/store/custom_length.php
Instead of adding to the wiring. I ordered new chrome switches with 48" leads.
Got the switches from www.dragspecialties.com
Part number 2106-0018
Those were $128
Could have gone a cheaper route with those, but didnt.
A friend of mine did the install for me when I was out of town for a couple of days.
My first ride was this past saturday and we did 300 miles. I had no discomfort or anything.
It felt a bit different at first but got used to them right away.
Low speed manuevering was a little strange at first but no problem now.
I felt that at highway speeds I myself was able to take the curves better for some reason.
I will try and post a pic with me on the bike in the next day or so.
.....................................Thanks again guys.
Jeff

Could you ask your friend about the connections to the main harness
on the chrome switches with 48" leads??
