I really liked the look of the Iron Bags but I couldn't justify $900 bags with the Financial Director at home, got OKed for the Leather Pro's.

Boss Bags are very nice. Have had them for 2+ years and good amount of storage space.

Default Easy Brackets

I just bought Easy Brackets and some saddlebags to go with em. Put them on 2 weeks ago and immediately spent a week on the road. Went west to Pittsburgh, then North to *******, MI. Both the brackets and the bags worked great.
I do have one complaint. Easy Brackets said that the brackets will work with a detachable backrest. Not true as far as I can tell. The brackets mount at different spots than the backrest which causes them not to work together. Anyone had a similar exp or know a fix?

Can you post a picture of what you found? I'd be interested to see it.

Longhair,
Sure will ... if I can. I'm a new member to the forum and can't remember if I allowed to post pics yet. Either way, I'll take the pics in the AM and give it a go. Hopefully I can figure out how to get the two to work together otherwise I'll have wasted the $100 or so on the detachable side plates. Which will surely **** me off.
