Wish I had noticed it was coming loose. Stopped for gas after getting off interstate and looked down and it was missing.

I'm going to look for some sort of mat and cut it to fit on both sides. I like the
boards, but I'm kinda pissed that they can't (won't??) do anything about the
problem.

That kid is a real business problem.. when I first called 2OH about ordering the
boards, he started whining to his dad about having to take the call.

"There's some guy on the phone and I'm having breakfast..."

So if you ever call them, make sure you get the old man.

I think the situation is that there just aren't any extra parts at all; that they buy
whole sets with no spares so we're just on our own. I really like them so I'll
do my own repairs..

Let me know how you make out. Really like the boards too. I am not very crafty and will have it looking like a two year old cut it out. Also what kind of glue would work best?

Found these this morning. Looks about the same but the rubber insert is mounted through the board instead of glued on. Not bad price actually.

I'm with you lionsm13. I'd like to see this thread grow to the point that they can't miss it. Maybe some other business's will notice as well.

Bummer about the mat. Even sorrier for the service after the sale you got.

Funny where this thread is going. The very reason I bought my set from them is because of a past thread. A large group of people were all bragging about how great they were. So I jumped on the bandwagon and bought a set. Its very likeley that the reverse will happen with this post and people who otherwise were interested may bail and use another manufacture or seller. Funny how the internet works.

Interesting!! That's gotta be an improved (I hope..) version from the same manufacturer.

I may just order a set.

Thanks!!

Workmanship has gone to the dogs, you would think they would at least attempt to back up their product. Its not like they forgot cheese on your Big Mack, you paid good money for these, anyway .....
