Starter Wire to Relay Issue-Aggravating!
Every now and then, I have to jiggle the wire going into the relay to get the starter to engage. Today I took the wire off and cleaned the contacts as best I could. Reinstalled with Di-Electric grease. Same problem. Any recommendations? Replace the wire? Bend the contact a little bit?

FRED, first thing I would try a jumper wire to test.
then go from there.
...........probably replace the wire.........

Just thought I'd share the solution that I found for this problem. The little tab inside the connector that plugs into the starter relay was not making solid contact to the relay switch. Bought a 50 cent connector, cleaned it all out with contact cleaner. Problem solved! Now how many times has it cost you 50 cents and a little elbow grease to fix ANYTHING on a Harley?
