Default In garage now, need quick help...front axle spacers

One spacer on the front axle is bigger slightly than the other...what side does the bigger one go on? The axle nut side or the other side of the axle with the hole in it? The service manual doesn't say.

Take a look at them closer. You may find embossed triangle shape on one side of one of the spacers. That is on the right (throttle side) of my bike.

Well I got chrome aftermarket ones from JP cycles and they have nothing on them unfortunately. My rotor is dragging big time on the left side pads...can't even turn the wheel hardly at all. I think the big one is supposed to go on that side. I'll swap it to see. Now I have to deal with those axle cap torx screws that I just rounded out...sheeesh

That's what I thought...thanks. In trying to get the rounded tork bolts out of the axle holder, I went through 1 dremel cutter, 2 screwdrivers, a drill bit that broke....finally got mad and used a hammer. All of that totally destroyed the bottom axle holder piece which I now need to buy...and get RE-powdercoated.

Time to call it quits for the night I think!!

Anyone have a spare bottom axle holder piece?

Also, what bolts should I go with when I replace it...NOT TORX!!

Do you recommend Grade 5 or 8 bolt for that bottom cap? Getting some from the local hardware store.
