I love the gray/basic look of the 09 motor with the black fins. Here is mine.

The main reason I went with the 09 was the grey motor.

 

i noticed that everyone else posing in this thread has a black or grey bike. i think the grey motor looks good agains the black bike. but one of the first things i noticed about my bike when i put it on its stand after riding home was how awkward the combinaition of the grey black and red looked.

i am going for a balck and red look now with a little chrome sprinkled in for good measure. will post pics after the paint job is complete.

 

A few of mine. I was unsure at first about the grey engine and actually had made plans to paint it black...

but it grew on me. I do however like those polished covers on Hull's bike!

 

Love the contrast of the gray blob and the black jugs!! JMO

 

I love my '09! I think the black cases are cool looking, but now every model has 'em except the super glide.

Be different, like everyone else...

 

Nothing wrong with the grey motor, nice combination adds to the appeal, flat and shiny black with grey and chrome.

 

Hey guys, there are some great looking dynas on here! I know this is a 2009 thread but I haven't seen a thread that's recent for any 2006 street bobs. I've had this bike for about 3 years now, had it all finished up last summer. The only difference from these pics is that I had some pin striping done (all by hand and paint, no stick on or anything like that).














So there we go! Sorry if this is a dick move for posting on your '09 forum, figured it'd be kind of nice to get some pics out there.
