Exclamation --Calling all 2010 WG owners --

Have any of you chromed the **** out of your bike yet?

That was 1 of the things I didn't like about the new WG, but I figured someone would add a bunch of shine to theirs.

And remember....

Love my '10 W.G. but chrome just ain't my style. I'm more into brushed or polished look. I'd post pics, but can't figure how to upload from the Droid...

Greetings,

Sorry...Not a chrome ***** here. That was one of the things I always hated with the previous generation Wide Glide. So, no additional chrome on mine at all.

Nope and I won't, I'm not going to TOTALLY black it out but a lot of the chrome has been or will be replaced.

I think that mine has enough chrome as is. It is generally subtle, but shiny where it needs to be.

I have not added any chrome yet. Right now I am looking at adding black.....levers, pegs, foot brake/ shift levers.....I am going to chrome the lower forks, and I do like the idea of a chrome lower belt guard since it came with the upper in chrome, but I do not plan on adding any chrome to the motor.

On a side note, rbartick, how easy or difficult is it to get that luggage rack off the tail of your bike? Is it something I could easily remove once I get to a destination? I am taking a trip in a couple weeks that is a few hours long for a weekend and would like to at least bring one bag, lol.....

If I got one of the new WG's, I'd put enough chrome on it, chrome wheels, bobtail rear fender... make it look more like what a WG is supposed to look like.
