About the only name they could have used was "Wide Bob", as "Street Glide" was already in use.

Wide glide + Street Bob =
Wide street glide bob?? lol
So yeah, come on up and we'll have some delicious hot schmoes.

You missed a great trip to the Dragon...
Just had to throw a little salt in the wound didn't ya?
I'm sure it was a great trip. On the other hand, you missed a boring *** trip to Indiana and back... lol

If it helps, we are thinking about going back in August... By then everything should be open, and it won't be so frikkin cold at night. Was 34 at night. The tent got a little chilly.

You NoVa guys ever cross the bridge into MD? You'll have to come on over for a ride at some point.....

We also need some pics of the new lowers 8541hog! Did you go with chrome or black? The chrome kit for the front is one of the things I have planned for mine in the near future....

I have been known to cross the bridge a time or two...
I went with chrome, found a great deal on a new set, dealer was closing out old stock, 100.00, couldn't pass it up.
Hopefully we will have a little sunshine tomorrow so I can roll it out of the garage for some pics and hopefully a short test ride.

Holy crap! That IS a great deal! I'd be all over that right now.

I think the next thing for mine is going to be to try a set of 1" lowering blocks and some nice looking rear axle nut covers.

Like here? I usually cross the bridge for OC Bike Week, but this was a nice ride I'll never be able to find again.

August sounds better. My wife is a teacher so she has an easy time taking an extra day or 10 in the summer.
Good to hear you got your lowers done. You'll be happier once you get your nuts covered. I know I was...
