I agree that ac cover is bad ***. And to think RSD gets 350 plus.

If you take your time with a drill and a dremel tool, it is pretty easy. A bench grinder and a drill setup is very helpful to get it perfectly round.

A couple clamps and a thick hard steel straight edge would be a good idea for cutting the lines with the dremel.

You could use a jig saw instead of the dremel, whatever you are comfortable with, but I would still use the straight edge.

Polishing is the most time consuming part.
