Looks good, Richard. What kind of material is it made of: allu or S/S?
It's aluminum, thought about stainless but figured I would do the first one alum. and if it turned out good, which it did, I may try ss next time. Just bought a new rotary table for the mill, so will be looking forward to trying that out. This was done on a standard mill table.
That's really a good lookin chunk of metal ya got there. Congrats.
You could rout a small channel in each line and it would more closely match your style of wheels.
LOL...funny you should mention that... I did that but had a little mishap and the mill got away from me, it's on the backside of the finished one..
Instead of starting over I finished the other side.
I also built a gauge mount for my new T-bars, had to make that twice, I do enjoy making my own stuff.

lol well, you live and ya learn. Nothing wrong with making full use of what you already made. Consider it 'dual personalities'.
Since you do have some versatile machinery available to you, you're certainly in a position to come up with just about anything. That's gotta be cool. Had I stayed in NJ I would have had some decent machinery to play with too...dummy, ups and moves south for peace of mind. lol
