How did you attach the mesh to the Aluminum. I have those items at home.

 

Just curious what everyone thinks is a fair price for a cover like that.

Many thanks on ya comments, it's a one off, & the stainless steel just tightens up with the aluminium by the bolt, & you may be right, it may be over tightened just a tad...I'll have to check on that, but the filter is getting a bit old now, it's a washable/re-oilable one
