Raised HL and Fairing up Ventura Style
Took a tip from my Brothers down in Ventura and fabbed up some new brackets for my headlight and fairing. Total movement was about 6" up and 1.5" out. Total cost of materials including metals, jig saw and sawzall blades, a new sanding disc, paint, bolts and new 3/8 drill bit................$45
Still need to do some finish work on the brackets but I thought I'd post it up anyway.
Not sure if I like it 100% yet but I could only see moving it back down about 1" if anyting unless all the way back to how I had it before.
Enough talk on a Friday............time for Money Shots
Made this Headlight mount that uses the riser bolts to attach it nice and solid. Need to get Loner Ind to CNC me a pimp daddy version
Thats pretty much all I've got at the moment
Bent up some 3/16th x 1" flat bar and made a sandwich mount for the fairing. Plan on doing some rubber coat or something to the mount and painting the bar satin black later this weekend

I've run it up a bit already. Wind is about the same maybe a bit better and it vibrates more than my old set up at idle. I can probably fix the vibrations with some adjustments.
I'll keep tinkering with it till I like
