OK I got a 2003 Dyna with the chrome two piece battery cover. Ever since I have owned the bike I've had a hard time getting the rubber flap over the top of the notch in the top piece of the cover. The cover almost fell off today. Is there an easy to get the rubber flap over. What the am I missing? Tried using a pick does not work. Any help great thanks.
