Default Low Rider bars rise & pullback

Anybody know the rise and pullback of the stock buckhorns and risers on my '09 Low Rider? I like where they're at, and don't want to mess with changing cables. I'm looking at replacing them with T-bars not sure what the similar rise and pullback would be.
