Congrats. Sounds like a fun honeymoon.
Assuming everythings been ok, I would just do basic maintenance: change oil, primary and tranny fluid. Inspect your brakes. Check or change your plugs. Check the condition of the tires and make sure air pressure is good. May want to consider a new battery if that's the original since it could be 4 1/2 - 5 years old depending when you got the bike.
Take along a basic tool kit and tire repair kit. Could come in handy.

Basically do what the manual says. If it's a reliable bike to begin with, then I think you would be in good shape. What part of Pa are you from? Too bad you couldn't take your honeymoon this week with all this FN weather were having! Florida sounds nice.
