OK, I thought someone told me they were made by Supertrapp. So here's a dumb question. So long as the baffle's removable, can the sound and performance be altered significantly by changing or altering it? I'm sure the sound can be. Would that apply to both older and newer SEIIs equally?
I suppose you can change the sound of the muffler by changing the baffle or by adding/removing the fiberglass packing if it has any installed.

I found a set of 80299-02 that require the end caps. Do those slip ons have a removable baffle held in by a bolt or screw? Still confused about the Screamin' Eagle, Screamin' Eagle II, and Screamin' Eagle II Pro slip ons. Does the II stand for a difference? Any body have a pic instead of the stock catalog pic of the 80299-02?
