Chroming parts

The lower fork legs are aluminum and can be polished to a mirror like finish with some elbow grease, but will need to be polished evey so often to keep up the shine. My rear fender struts covers on my 07 SB were brushed stainless steel, which can also be polished to a mirror like finish it will require less maintainance to keep shiney. Mine covers cost $40 to have polished and was well worth it.

aluminum and stainless can be polished to a mirror shine, but normal steel will have to be chromed. elbow grease can be limited with the use of a polishign kit for a dremel or hand drill, the kit i picked up last week was $50 ment for a hand drill, came with 6 differnt polishing compunds, 10 differnt "bits" and instructions. after 15 minutes of use i manged this
Its kinda hard to tell with the glare fro mthe flash but the sprocket cover is mirror like except in the creases gotta load the small narrow bit, before i started it was the same dull dingy grey as the cam cover,
