I have an 09 FXSTC I was thinking about putting T bars on. I have the stock mini apes... What T Bars can I get on there with stock cables and wires ? Also, I remove the risers and through bolt them with bushings the same way the risers are on there now, but T bars obviously have no risers?

No need for risers, but you can add a spacer later if you want to go higher... I'd recommend against that. I would prefer a solid, one piece design.

You will need a set of bushings, either poly, or solid is recommended. If you're going with the actual West Coast brand, you will need to leave the top "washer" or cup out of your install, as the bottom of the "riser" takes its place. So simply put, the very bottom contact point of your new WCTB will be in contact with the top poly / solid bushing.

As for other brands, I am not sure how the bolt up. In regard to how high? I believe you can go as high as 14", but I am not sure how much extra wire is inside the neck on the 09. I know 2013-2016 have enough to go to 14".
