The photo below is one I stumbled across on the web that was part of my inspiration originally ....



The owner, Ken Ridout, has a web page with an excellent write up that I relied on heavily during my conversion ... a really detailed description of how he did it ....

This is 1/2 way, almost done now.. just need to add a few bits and paint of course

Would it be wrong to ask for having all things related to FLH/Bagger conversions ie hard bags in your group?

On closer examination, it looks like you've got one of those inverted front end ... is it 59mm fork tubes ...? [Kind of thrown off by the Heritage fender initially ....]

Is that a custom tank or did you do tank extensions ...?

Not just front ends ... I think several of us either have already or are in the process of swapping out the rear fender and / or adding hard bags ... could also address questions about floorboards ....

I put a couple of posts WRT rear fender conversions on the social group site ....

In my mind, it should be for whatever there is sufficient interest ....
