Hey Rick,
I noticed from images that the rear mounting brackets bolt up at mid ctrl mounting tabs but are streched forward compared to FXDP mounting brackets. Floorboards seem to be the softail type (narrow fixing points) and not the FXDP type.
I'm anxious to see how MoCo mounted them in combination with shifter and brake....would like to see some close up pics of the floorboard set-up...If you got or can get any: please post them!

Just notice that this thread was resurrected. The new FLD will make conversions much easier. Runnin' boards that actually fit! A complete front end! Hard bags that don't require mods to mounting brackets! No more spending hours on eBay searching for that part. No more being told, "That won't fit." But what is the fun in that?
I want a t-**** that says, "I made mine an FL before the FLD was Cool."
Sorry I don't have any new pics. My paint has been delayed so long that Harley had time to make their own FL-Dyna.

Hey convincor -
The fella who posted just before you, ackman1968, used to sport that same nacelle on his bike ....
He found that, due to the lesser stock rake of the Dyna frame, the nacelle aimed the headlight lower than the Softails ... there was not enough adjustment in the headlight to allow him to use it satisfactorily ... your results may vary ....
Good luck ...
