Blue and Red are illegal in my state (NC) but I didn't plan to drive around with them on anyway.
Look at Florida Joe on ebay. He has a lot of different LED kits available.
I did my Road glide not long ago. Here is a vid:

ya buddy! we light up bikes all the time man... hell we are putting over 2000 leds on my brothers gold wing build. I use 15 pods to do a full bike and 10 to do a motor... here are some that we have lit. We do these kits alot around here. it is all in the placement of the lights. i have done over 40 bikes and it still takes me about 5 hours to do a engine kit and about 8 to do a full bike. you can not see any of my pods when i am done, only the light they put off... i have rode with several people on here they will tell you, We lite me up!
ten pod engine kit
ooh ya! we just did a buddy of my bike in all UV light... you can not really see the ligts on his bike when they are on. but when he is riding at night his pants, shoes, and shirt all glow.... looks insane at night.... we are doing some powder work for him wiht a UV additive in the powder that will glow under UV light... talk about wheels spinning! this sucker is going to stand out!

i like http://www.oznium.com/ but choose your color wisely red/orange is about half the LED Brightness (mcd). then say green. the web site has a table for color and brightness... i think i'll go green this time... plus you can cut th strips to the size you wan't.
