do know any resources for a 1998 fxd wiring diagram? got a wicked electrical issue and dont even know where to begin. and its too bad your retired, i spent my last tour on a post with some NLD in Afghanistan.

 

Unfortunately I don't have access to 1998 Dyna Models Wiring Diagrams.

You could try posting here Evo Classic Models , here Electrical and Lighting or here Electrical/Ignition/Tuner/ECM/Fuel Injection

 

FXD2003Rider...your are the man. My buddy was over today and had some electrical gremlins on his Dyna. Randomly googled a schematic for his bike and got your thread. Fixed the issues no problem.
Here is the weird part I'm Canadian, but...my parents are Dutch and my name is Rene too. So funny.

Hi, are there any fusable links that could stop the coil from working ? and cut power to the fuel pump/coil fuse ? 09hdrdr fxdf fat-bob... im desperate have a rally in town this weekend and no ride...

 

Sounds to me like either the 15A ECM fuse and/or the system relay have to be checked/replaced....
