Default HD Service Bulletin M-1185, 8 deg to 25 deg injectors

I have a copy of the bulletin and I am going to get it scanned so that if anyone wants a copy I can get them one or I may attempt to post it here. I just wanted to let anyone who may need to know what this says to have access to it. My Stealer acted like they had no idea of it, so I asked for a copy of it and then things begain to change.
I have poseted it before as others have also, but what it is doing is 1st off when it is not really warmed up and you try to take off from a stop or you accellerate quickly it coughs then goes, also at a constant steady RPM it surges, not at highway speed but 40 and below. Well this bulletin is supposed to fix this, so if you are having any problems like this, either take a copy of the bulletin with you or ask for a copy at the nearest stealer and make them fix it under warranty.
Just thought I would pass this onto everyone. I will get it scanned in a few and let everyone know.

Does anyone know how to check and see what injectors that are currently on the bike?

Look behind the horn with a flashlight and get the numbers off the injector, I can tell you that runs way better with the 25's no more spitting from the intake off idle and less surging, kewl.....Make sure to insist they do it

I now have them in tiff format now. I am not sure how to put them on here, but I will read up on how to and post asap.
What the bulletin says to look for is just as Loco said look behind the horn and you should see two tube like things about 3 to 4 inches long and about 1/2 inch in dia. sticking into the top of the head with righting on them. What you look for is

N104A
CO1
27625-06

this is the 8 deg. ones

if you have

N095A
CO1 25 DEG
27709-06A

this is the 25 deg. ones.
What I looked for was the 06A, mine are just 06 and does not say 25 DEG, so I have the 8 deg.
The righting is very small but if you look closely and with a flash light you should see them.
Off to see how to post
