I'd be interested to hear how you guys get on with demanding that your dealers change the injectors before you actually experience any problems? The decision tree on the bulletin gives the dealer a cop-out whereby he doesn't have to do anything until you encounter coughing, misfires etc, which is exactly the line they're taking on this side of the pond.

Babe,
I went to the stealer before I ever knew about this bulletin and told them that I had some bad surging under constant rpm (around 35 - 40mph) and a few times it has coughed just as I was about to pull into traffic, and this concerns me for my saftey and I am sure that Harley is also, (catch my drift) and they told me basically ok, live with it. This is where I got ummm lets say a bit upset and decided to dig into this and see what others were experiencing and well this is when the bulletin came up.

Has anyone been able to get 25's after installing aftermarket exhaust and air cleaner?

Had Stage 1 with HD slipons at time of bike purchase.

Called one dealer an got the run-around on the phone. I then went to service dept in person with copy of Service Bulletin, and got the run-around.

Called another dealer and explained the symptoms. Dealer said he would order the injectors and made an appointment to have the swap.

All is well since the injectors were changed.

Sounds some dealers are being real dicks on this issue.

My dealer said....you bet we will fix it. Who cares? HD is paying for it? So I had it done at the 1000 service with the stage 1 & dyno. Bike runs superb.
