Looks good

Did the fender fit good or was it tough to get to fit?

Any other issues and what parts did you need besides the fender and side mount?

Did you use your original strut covers?

What length shock are you running and is that a 160 rear tire?

enough questions lol

Default Fender Fit

Youve got to concave two small pouches in the fender to make it fit. The Wide Glide and Fat Bob share the same frame (where the struts are welded are the only differences)

Default I like it...need more info

The local dealer told me the wideglide fender was 1 in. too wide and that the bolt holes wouldn't line up with where the studs go through the struts to fasten the fender. Looked hard at your photos but could not see into those critical areas.

You said you had to concave the fender to get it to fit. So I assume the fender body fits snug inside the struts but a fastener gets in the way between the fender and the struts so you cancave it to accomodate the fastener in that area? I'm also wondering how you concaved the fender in those small areas of the fender without really messing up the fender.

I want to do this mod so any more info would be highly appreciated...close up photos especially.

that's great that you got it to fit in there. For all intensive purposes I figured it to be too wide too.
