Seems like somebody had a picture of their plate being turned vertical on the new Wide Glide. I did a search but wasn't able to locate it. Is there an easy way to change the plate to vertical? Looks like there are two bolts holding the bracket on but I thought I would ask rather than start messing with it in a cold garage. Thanks for your comments.

 

You are right, just 2 bolts....Here is the only pic of mine I could find....It's probably not much help. You probably wanted one with more detail..

 

I'm thinking about replacing mine with a vertical mount. I just haven't found one I just had to have yet....

 

I turned mine vertical. I will get some pics tomorrow. I just removed the one bolt that lets you adjust the mount for tag width and removed the adjustable piece. I've still got some tweeking to do to get it to my liking but I think it looks much better than the horizontal mounting.
