I'm 5'11" 185 and fit fine on my Fat Bob. Only issue I could see is if it had foward controls or not. If your inseam is less than 32" the forward controls might be uncomfortable after a short ride.
Use the advice & sit on em...too big...absosutely not! Remember more than likely you're gonna get different bars & a seat to personalize your scoot anyways so if ya think you're too tall, go with a seat that sets ya back a bit & bars that don't pull back or whatever ya need to do! Don't think it'll be an issue at all!
What would make you think your to big? From what you wrote, your not a very big guy, and the super glide is not a small bike, so I'm confused? If your looking for something huge, then go with a boss hoss or something.. lol.
I was told I look "large" on my current HD a XLR 1200.Sorta a vanity thing I suppose.............
Height and weight seem pretty normal. If your ht/wt were extreme, say 4'11" or 6'11" and 90lbs or 390lbs you would probably have a lot more issues.
What are you riding now? You may find a different model more comfortable. Advice about sitting on a buch of bikes is good.
Screw "SITTING" on a bunch, go test ride 'em. When I was shopping, just about evey bike at the dealer felt ok sitting in the showroom, it wasn't till after I rode some of them I was able to tell the differences. BTW, I'm 5'11", 195, 32" inseam and the street glide fits me fine, went with a Fat Bob this time around though
