Default Who is 5ft 7inches ?

I am 5ft 7 inches long and wish to add foward controls to the 2010 Street Bob but i am afraid not to reach the brake and gear shifter enough to ride in comfort. Is any of you as long as I am and can comment on his reach. Appreciate your comments.

more about your inseam than total height. For instance I am 6' tall yet have about 2-3" more leg length than most guys my height. I've seen guys my height stretch to the forwards where I have a deep bend in my knees. best to head to the dealer and sit on a Dyna with forward controls like a fatbob or wideglide. Wideglide would be best as the front seat is the same as the 2010 streetbob.

I am 5'5". I am on a Wide Glide (which is about the farthest forward controls you are going to get without extensions). I did put mini floor boards on my forwards and use a reach seat but I am able to comfortably reach now.

I'm 5'9. I added forwards. With stock seat, I felt ok. With Lepera Sillouette seat, I was stretched and had to put my bars back. Then I got a Lepera UP-FRONT bare bones seat. This seat is great! I have extra room for the forward controls and my apes set forward like they should be. So here's what I'm getting at......If you like the looks of fowards, you can adjust other aspects of your bike to make it happen. I've also heard of forward "rearward" extensions but don't know anything about them. To add to Rounder's comment.....It is a great idea to go to the dealer and sit on bikes. Hell, even have them put on different seats, adjust the bars, etc. Just don't tell them you already own a bike haha.

I'am 5 8" with a 30" inseam and find I"am streatching out and it is not confortable for long rides, I'am currently looking at floorboards because they are a little higher, I have a 2008 superglide. If I had my time back I would probably go with highway pegs, still might?

I'm 5'7" with a 29" inseam. Personally, I'd struggle over distance with forward controls on my '02 Dyna Low. As Rounder says it's not your overall height that counts - it's the inseam (inside leg measurement as we call it here in the UK).

I guess I win the short award...5'6" on a good day...I did sit on a street bob with forward controls at the factory and felt too stretched to enjoy my ride...I kept the mid mounts and added highway pegs...I love this combo...allows me to move my legs on those real long rides...

I'm 5'6" with a 29 inseam. I'm ok on my wide glide on short rides(50 miles or less)but I'm moving the pegs up and back about a inch with peg elevators from custom chrome. I think that will make the difference for me.
I do have my road king for the long rides, and i like the stock seat on the WG so moving the pegs are my only option.
