I am 5' 7" on a good day ... 28" inseam ... I have forwards Kury switchblades on my 06 Bob - and an after market seat I've never taken the time to find out what it is - two up ... I think it is comfortable as all get out ... I wish I had a little more leg sometimes, so I could hang my feet off the end, but that pry isn't very safe anyway

After installing a Mustang seat I wanted a little more bend in my knees. So, I did what I will call the "ghostrider mod". I got the idea from his post. I believe he cut and welded the brake rod - where as I ground down the end and ran the threads up. Moved the pegs back 1-1/4". Been raining a lot so I haven't been able to go for a ride but it feels good in the garage.

5'7" with 28" inseam here, I prefer my highway pegs over forwards. The nice thing too is you have two different positions to put your feet, mid mount pegs for the twisty's and highway pegs for cruising.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I use the Harley Sundowner seat which adds a little height.

I put mid pegs on with my forwards so that I still have those positions (along with the mini boards).

Recommend you find a bike with forwards and sit on it a bit, if you go to a dealer and got the liscense see if they'll let you test it out.
I'm 5'9" 32" inseam and can't really get comfy with forward controls so I'll settle for just some leg room on the long trips with some highway pegs.
