Just wondering if any riders of 2010 wide glide have had any problems with the authorities and the brake/turn signals. Didn't have a chance to start breaking in mine before the snow hit so I didn't experience any problems yet but have seen a lot of pics on other sites of WG with Sportster style brake light. I really love the look w/out brake light and would hate to mess with that clean looking fender.

 

harley could not equip their vehicles this way if it were not legal in the states.

 

Yeah, That is what I thought but so many people have these other lights put on theirs I thought there had to be a reason. It sure isn't for looks.

 

I only got some minimal riding in on mine before the bad weather set in, but no issues, I am guessing the few I seen with the added brake light on the fender was someone wanting more light to the rear, myself, I like the clean fender, and if I need more lighting to the rear, I will get a LED tag frame...
